Voters On Watch, Inc. - A non-profit corporation working to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation of citizens in city government. Voters On Watch, Inc. may support or oppose legislation, candidates, or political parties only after serious study and substantial agreement among its members. Membership is open to any registered voter in the City of St. Albans, West Virginia.
